1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Labour's Adda Partner Portal, website and Partner App (together, the "Services"). By registering or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.
• You must be a skilled professional offering genuine services such as electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting or AC work.
• You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use. One person may hold only one Partner account.

4. Our role

Labour's Adda is a technology platform that connects Partners with customers. Unless stated otherwise, Partners are independent professionals and not employees, agents or partners in a legal partnership with us. We do not guarantee any minimum number of jobs or level of income.

5. Partner responsibilities

• Provide services with reasonable skill, care and professionalism
• Arrive on time and communicate honestly with customers
• Use proper tools and follow safety practices for the work you perform
• Keep your profile, skills and availability accurate and up to date
• Hold any licences or permissions required by law for your trade
• Treat customers and their property with respect

6. Job requests & scheduling

You may accept, reject or schedule job requests at your convenience. Once you accept a job, please complete it as agreed. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may affect your account standing. Details of each job, including location and scope, are shown in the app before you accept.

7. Payments & fees

Payment amounts, any service fee or commission, and payout timelines will be displayed in the app before you accept a job. Payouts are made to the bank or UPI details you provide. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your earnings.

8. Prohibited conduct

• Giving false information or impersonating another person
• Harassing, threatening or discriminating against customers or other Partners
• Taking customers off the platform to avoid fees where this is not permitted
• Misusing the Services, attempting to hack, copy or disrupt them
• Any illegal, unsafe or fraudulent activity

9. Reviews & ratings

Customers may leave feedback about your work. Reviews must be genuine; you must not post, buy or manipulate reviews. We may remove content that is abusive, false or violates these Terms.

10. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, put customers at risk, or act unlawfully. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Sections that by nature should continue after termination will continue to apply.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for disputes arising from work performed between Partners and customers. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [Your City, State] will have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to applicable law.

13. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date and, for important changes, notify you in the app or by message. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
